Jeff Dalrymple is from Orange County, CA. He has a B.A. in Organizational Management from Masters College, and received his Masters from American Military University in International Relations and Conflict Resolution. He has been the President of BHM since May 9, 2016. He is married to Kristil and they have 4 children JJ, Kassie, Katherine, and Kylie.
Ron Pierre was born on September, 1942; Graduated Ohio Wesleyan University 1964 with a BS degree. He married Barbara A. on August, 1965 in which God has blessed them with six children and spouses resulting in 24 grandchildren thus far. He served as an elder at Grace Church of North Olmsted for 45 years and is now serving on the board of a sever Christian missions. He is retired and currently President of Artion Real Estate LLC. and VP of Ulico LLC.
Timothy L. Jarm is the president and CEO of The Center for Health Affairs, the hospital trade association for Northeast Ohio. A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives with over 30 years of experience, he works to bring hospitals and health systems together to collaborate on addressing community health issues and leads the organization’s business lines. Tim and his wife Leigh are building a home in Bainbridge and are delighted to be rediscovering the charms of Cleveland after a 25-year absence. They enjoy spending time with their four children and supporting them in their pursuits of ballet, lacrosse and Marine Corps aviation.
Dr. Chitwood has served on the Baptist Haiti Mission board since 2013. He is also, Executive Director-Treasurer of the Kentucky Baptist Convention since 2011, serving approximately 2,400 churches across the Commonwealth. Prior to that, Dr. Chitwood served as pastor of four KBC churches and as Assistant Professor of Evangelism and Church Growth at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of the Cumberlands and Boyce College. Dr. Chitwood chaired the International Mission Board of Trustees (SBC) from 2008-2010 and spent a total of eight years as board member. He earned his B.A. from the University of the Cumberlands and his M.Div. and Ph.D. from Southern Seminary. He is currently pursuing the Executive Master of Nonprofit Administration degree in the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He and his wife, Michelle, have four children – Daniel, Anna, Cai, and their foster daughter, Lilly.
David Melber is the vice president of Send Relief for the North American Mission Board (NAMB). He provides strategic vision and leadership for NAMB’s compassion ministries. He has a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and a Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. David served with Crossings Ministries for 16 years, the last 12 as president and CEO. Prior to ministry, David was vice president of operations for a construction company. He and his wife, Tera, have six children, three of whom were internationally adopted.
Brian Payne joined the faculty of Boyce College and Southern Seminary in 2006. He also serves as senior pastor of First Baptist Church of Fisherville, Kentucky where he has served since 2010. Payne has also pastored in Lebanon, Ohio, served in several interim pastorates, as well as a three year pastoral internship under Dr. Al Jackson at Lakeview Baptist Church in Auburn, Alabama. Prior to his seminary training, Payne worked in the business world, served at Big Oak Ranch, a Christian children’s home, and taught and coached at Westbrook Christian School. Payne attended the University of Alabama where he played football for four years, and served as a Graduate Assistant Coach for two years. He is the author of the book, Encountering God Through Expository Preaching: Connecting God’s People to God’s Presence Through God’s Word, which he co-authored with Jim Orrick and Ryan Fullerton. Payne is married to Heather and they have five children: Ella, Nate, Seth, Ava, and Seefen.
